Jan is a retired Licensed Social Worker and was a Child Welfare and Protective Services supervisor for Milwaukee County. She continued to work with the community at La Causa as a supervisor for the WRAP program and other programs and developed curriculum as a training coordinator. She also developed courses for and taught at Pima Community College in the Wellness Education department.

Fr. Kenn is a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice and ordained clergy in the Anglican tradition.
He received his undergraduate degree in Latin American, Caribbean, and U.S. Latino Studies with a Community Engagement and Education minor and a Latin American Studies certificate from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. He received a Master of Science in Educational Psychology, emphasizing Community Counseling and Multicultural certification. He is in his second year, studying for a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Mount Mary University.
